La Fourchette Brighton is based on fresh and local ingredients prepared “à la minute”. The flavours and the inspirations are all from France. Executive Chef Stéphane Frelon’s menu demonstrates a bold use of flavor giving an unexpected taste to classic French brasserie fare. From overseeing the deliveries of the morning markets availability our Chef instantly starts designing the dishes for the day. His restaurant offers a bright space with two walls of windows, leather furnishings with main floor and upstairs seating. Open 7 days a week and with Wi-Fi Free internet access.
